There was a minor inconvenience at the time of payment, as I paid via Pix (Brazilian instant payment system) using the establishment's credit card machine. However, for some reason, the machine malfunctioned, and although my bank generated a payment receipt (transfer), the owner stated that the amount was not showing in her account. At the time, she wanted us to pay the same amount again, but I suggested waiting a little longer until the machine's system was back online and we would see how it could be resolved. In the end, everything was resolved smoothly. There were no major problems. We intend to return to the place more often. ”
